Cadence strongly believes in promoting from within and to support this, they have an amazing program called LTP-Leadership Training Program. It’s a 9-month program dedicated to developing and training future leaders.
For most of us, knowing we are part of a company that takes their employees’ future growth into consideration is a huge perk. Cadence understands how important it is for our children and families to have loving, consistent caregivers. Incredible bonds are forged between teachers and children.
