Tammi Rice – Chief Operations Officer

Tammi Rice is the Chief Operations Officer for Cadence Education, one of the largest early childhood educators in the country.  Tammi has more than 25 years of multi-site educational services experience.

Ms. Rice is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and administrative functions, specifically focusing on the leadership, customer service and financial growth of the more than 290 schools across the country.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Rice worked at Kaplan North America where she most recently served as a Senior Vice President responsible for leading the business unit delivering Legal training services. Prior to that, she spent many years in different field operations roles.

Tammi earned a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma and a law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law as well as spent time as a visiting student at Southern Methodist University School of Law. She is an active member of the Texas Bar Association.

Tammi lives in Colleyville, Texas with her husband Greg and their two children. She is an avid reader and dedicated community volunteer. She loves traveling and spending time with her family.
